Our Sales deaprtments require many active roles that support the whole Sales infrastructure - our positions include:

Working on the frontline of Sales, it is down to our Sales Executives to guide our customers to their next vehicle:


- Listen to our customers’ needs in regards to which car will suit their lifestyle and requirements


- Work with customers to ensure their budgets are being met when working out finance packages


- Build solid, positive relationships with our customers, and keep in touch post-sale


- Arrange the ordering and delivery of new vehicles, whilst also maintaining customer databases, and overall meet specific monthly sales targets for various products

We require our Sales Managers to be engaging individuals, and spirited towards the goals of the company.


- Coach and motivate the team of Sales Executives to reach sales targets


- Be responsible for profitability and also overall customer satisfaction for the Dealership 


- Establish core brand values for both Stoneacre and manufacturers throughout the Dealership


- Ensure costs are controlled in line with Dealership objectives

Sitting between the general Sales team and the Sales Manager, the Business Manager plays the pivotal role of working with customers to meet their financial needs.


- Establish the requirements of the customer and offer the right product for them


- Drive the Sales team to optimise each and every finance opportunity that comes into the Dealership


- Manage Dealership enquiries, and ensure Sales staff are primed to convert prospects into customers


- Report back to the team as whole in regards to performance and targets

As the face of the Dealership, the Showroom Host has the key responsibility of making all our visitors feel welcomed and at home.


- Create a warm and welcome first impression for all visitors to the Dealership


- Be polite and attentive towards customer needs, recognising and be proactive with their requirements


- Answer calls that come through to the main switchboard, being professional to meet customer needs


- Take pride in the showroom’s appearance, helping to keep it tidy and meeting manufacturer standards

For those who enjoy being on the road and also interacting with our customers, a Driver role could be something for you.


Meet and greet customers who are dropping off or collecting vehicles


Work to schedules and have a useful knowledge of the local area to be as efficient as possible


Ensure customers are happy, and that all appropriate paperwork is completed as necessary


Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collection
