Ford Essential Service
Ford Essential Service is designed for vehicles over three years old after the warranty ends. It covers the essential servicing and checks an older Ford needs to stay properly maintained.
Ford Express Service*
Ford Express Service is available at participating Ford Service Centres for eligible vehicles. Two technicians work together to complete a Scheduled or Essential Service in around 60 minutes.

Ford Service Activated Assistance
Ford Assistance is your roadside support service, helping you stay on the move at home or anywhere across the UK and Europe. If something goes wrong, Ford will aim to fix the issue on the spot. If they can’t, they’ll help you continue your journey and arrange vehicle recovery.
Every new Ford includes 12 months of Ford Assistance from the date of registration. A qualifying Scheduled Service at a participating Ford Service Centre can extend your cover by 12 or 24 months, depending on your vehicle's service interval.

Your local participating dealer can advise on eligibility based on your vehicle’s recommended servicing schedule. Any additional work identified during the service will not be completed in this time and will only be carried out when agreed by the customer at additional cost.
