Using an approved Lexus Service Centre gives you access to a Service Activated Warranty. You can also access other manufacturer benefits with Stoneacre service.
Lexus Service-Activated Warranty
Every new Lexus includes a 3-year or 60,000-mile Manufacturer Warranty.* This provides manufacturer-backed cover from the start of ownership.
After this expires, Lexus vehicles can receive 12 months of Service-Activated Warranty with a service. Cover is available up to 10 years or 100,000 miles.*
Even if your Lexus has missed previous services, it may still qualify for Service-Activated Warranty. A qualifying service is required, and programme criteria apply.

When Does My Lexus Need a Service?
Typically, Lexus servicing takes place every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, service intervals vary by model, age, mileage and powertrain.
If you drive fewer than 10,000 miles a year, your Lexus may reach its time-based service point first. Higher-mileage drivers may reach the mileage threshold sooner.

Lexus Hybrid and Electric Servicing
If you drive a Lexus hybrid, your Lexus service includes an annual Hybrid Health Check. You can also get a standalone Hybrid Health Check when your service isn't due.
Our Lexus-trained technicians can service your hybrid or electric car. They inspect the relevant systems using manufacturer procedures and diagnostic capability.
For eligible battery-electric Lexus models, Battery Care can extend traction-battery warranty support after eligible servicing. This offers reassurance as your vehicle ages.
Battery Care is subject to eligibility and terms, so cover does not apply to every vehicle. The upper limit is 10 years or 1 million miles, whichever comes first.

If your Lexus needs attention after its MOT, we will explain the issue and any recommended work. We will ask for your approval before we carry out repairs.
