Ford Assistance

If your vehicle breaks down anywhere in the United Kingdom or Europe, simply call Ford Assistance, and they'll be able to send out a roadside recovery team as soon as possible.

If they are unable to fix the problem there and then, they will help provide a replacement vehicle, organise alternative travel and expenses, and hotel accommodation in some circumstances.

If your car breaks down in Europe and you have to leave your vehicle whilst you use alternative transport, Ford Assistance will recover it and, if they are unable to fix it, arrange delivery to a UK address.

Ford Assistance is available all day, every day, and they're just a phone call away wherever you are in the UK or Europe.

• Use of a temporary loan vehicle for a maximum of two working days
• Limited cover for public transport costs for you and your passengers
• Payment for one night of accommodation for each passenger up to £50 per person
• Alternative method of recovery if repairs cannot be completed before the driver's planned return home (applicable outside the UK)
• Ford Assistance may cover the cost of travel and accommodation for one person to collect the vehicle if it cannot be repaired before the driver's planned return home*
• Single Destination Load Continuation Service for perishable goods (commercial vehicles only)
