Load space that earns its keep
Two side doors with protective moulding and rear doors handle awkward loads from three angles. Roof rails take the long stuff that won't go inside.
Choose between two load lengths: Short at 1,817mm and Long at 2,167mm, with payloads ranging from 936kg to 990kg depending on configuration. Two Euro pallets fit at floor level.
Smart Cargo, folding seats and a load-through bulkhead squeeze more length out of the same van when a job calls for it. The cargo area can be ply lined too, which makes fitting partitions or tool storage far easier.

Engines and driving
Used Proace City vans come with a 1.5-litre diesel engine, manual or automatic, with power outputs up to 130bhp. There's enough pulling power for loading and towing without the van feeling strained.
An electric Proace City is also available if your routes are urban and predictable.
Loaded up, hill start assist, downhill assist control and vehicle stability control keep things settled on gradients and slippery yards.
Safety kit to check for
Driver assistance on the Proace City varies by trim and age, so treat this as a checklist rather than a guarantee.
