The Kia EV9 Range.
Every new Kia EV9 comes well-equipped as standard. You get two 12.3-inch screens, heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and a 360-degree camera.
There are three trim levels to choose from.
The new Kia EV9 Air - is the entry point to the range. It comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, roof rails, and flush-fitting door handles. Inside, you get power-adjustable seats and an eight-speaker audio system.
The mid-range new Kia EV9 Gt-Line trim - adds a sporty body kit and distinctive LED headlights, alongside roof rails. Inside, you'll find black headlining, aluminium pedals, a power-adjustable steering column, and massaging seats.
The new Kia EV9 GT-Line S - is the top-of-the-range model. It boasts a head-up display, rear sunroof, opening front sunroof, and 21-inch alloy wheels.

The new Kia EV9 has a unique look. It appears boxy at first glance, but it's carefully engineered. The front lower grille opens and closes depending on battery cooling needs, helping maintain maximum aerodynamics.
Other styling details include:

- Two-tone alloy wheels
- Wraparound LED headlights
- Silver trim on the lower bumper
Inside, the design is clean and simple. A four-spoke steering wheel sits front and centre, with a few physical buttons on the dash and two screens handling the rest.
Choose the six-seater version, and you'll get two swivelling captain chairs in the middle row. Passengers can face each other to chat, or turn to face the door for easier access.

The Kia EV9 Technology.
The new Kia EV9 seven-seater supports Level 3 conditional autonomous driving. This eases the stress of long-distance journeys.
It comes with 15 sensors around the car. Two are cutting-edge LiDAR sensors up front, which map your surroundings. The EV9 can direct you into your lane. It also maintains a safe distance from the vehicle in front. Over-the-air updates mean this driver assistance technology keeps improving over time.
Once you've bought your new Kia EV9, you can unlock extra features through the Kia Connect app. These include:
- Smart parking assist, so you can remotely park the vehicle
- Acceleration boost
- Several daylight running light patterns
Kia also offers wing mirror cameras and a rear-mounted camera. These are useful if the car is full of passengers and luggage, making it harder to see out the back window.

The Kia EV9 Performance.
The new Kia EV9 electric SUV offers a choice of rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive (AWD). Several power outputs are available too.
The 204bhp RWD variant hits 0-62mph in 9.4secs; the 215bhp rear-wheel drive (RWD) version in 8.2secs. The 380bhp AWD version does it in 6.0secs, or 5.3secs with the optional "Boost" feature from Kia Connect.
Battery size varies: the standard RWD gets 76kWh, all others get 99.6kWh. The longest-range version offers up to 336 miles and comes in just below 3.0 miles per kWh.
With its 800V system, the new Kia EV9 charges 10-80% in 20-24mins, adding almost 150 miles in just 15mins.
