Alpine A390

Electric Performance Meets Everyday Versatility

The Alpine A390 is a fully electric, five-door fastback offering Alpine’s marquee performance engineering in a versatile SUV Coupé.

With a 532-litre boot, connected cabins and home charging capabilities, the A390 has everyday usability features alongside all-electric performance wrapped in an elegant design.

There are three distinct trims to choose from: GT, Première Edition, and the range topping GTS, each with meaningful upgrades in comfort, technology and performance.

A sport fastback designed for more than the driver alone, bringing Alpine's track-inspired performance to everyday roads.

Alpine A390

Performance

The A390 isn’t just about raw power. Every version uses three electric motors to help it grip and corner with confidence, not just accelerate in a straight line.

Three Electric Motors & Alpine Active Torque Vectoring

Every A390 has one motor at the front and two at the rear, giving you all-wheel drive as standard.

Because each rear wheel has its own motor, the car can send different amounts of power to the left and right wheels. This is Alpine Active Torque Vectoring, and it helps the A390 turn into corners and keep its grip.

Alpine A390 GT vs GTS Performance

The GT and Première Edition both produce 400hp, taking you from 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 124mph.

The GTS is the most powerful A390, with 470hp, 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 136mph. It also comes with 21-inch forged wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres as standard.

Driving Modes, Overtake and Regenerative Braking

Five drive modes let you choose how the car responds, from Save, for everyday efficiency to Sport and Track for more focused driving.

The OV (Overtake) button on the steering wheel gives you an extra burst of acceleration for 10 seconds, useful when you need to pass quickly.

You can also choose from four levels of regenerative braking, including one-pedal driving. Lifting off the accelerator slows the car and puts energy back into the battery, so there’s less switching between pedals in traffic.

Alpine A390

Design: A Sport Fastback Shaped by Motorsport

The A390 stands out at first glance, with a fastback shape and Alpine details that set it apart from a typical SUV.

A low, sloping roofline sits over five doors and five seats, giving you a sporty profile without giving up everyday practicality.

Its motorsport-inspired details are there to guide airflow, not just for show. A blade above the bonnet channels air over the car, while side air channels, sculpted side skirts, a rear diffuser and an integrated spoiler complete the look.

Alpine’s LED light signature includes distinctive triangular “Cosmic Dust” elements at the front. Adaptive Matrix LED headlights are standard on every version, adjusting the beam to suit conditions to help you see more clearly at night.

Alpine A390

Electric Range & Battery

The A390 combines high-performance with a substantial 89kWh usable battery for range that matches a wider range of journeys.

The combined range span differs between trims, with 345 miles WLTP for both the GT and Première Edition, mixing spirited driving with routine commuting and longer weekends away and 312 miles WLTP for the GTS which prioritises a performance specification.

A heat pump is available as standard for everyday electric efficiency in winter and Alpine offer Google Maps EV route planning which uses battery information to help plan charging stops on longer journeys.

The Alpine app offers scheduled charging, allowing owners to plan charging around their daily routine.

DC rapid charging is available as a convenient way to charge on longer journeys, with stops taking just under 30 minutes and when integrated with Google Maps planning can help owners plan journeys and incorporate charging stops.

Whether charging overnight or stopping during a longer journey, the A390 offers flexible charging options that can adapt to different driving routines.

Alpine A390

Five-Seat Practicality in a Sports Fastback

The A390 goes beyond a high-performance ride. With five full seats, a substantial 532 litres boot and a flexible 60:40 folding rear bench, an Alpine A390 can handle the everyday and more.

With all the seats folded down the A390 opens to 1,643 litres of storage space and the powered tailgate makes loading with a handful of shopping easier to handle.

Interior Design & Comfort

A Driver-Focused Cabin with Alpine Materials

The Feel@one cockpit puts key controls on the steering wheel, while gear selector buttons inspired by the Alpine A110 sit on the centre console. Every A390 has a heated Deep Blue Nappa leather steering wheel with a centre marker, so you always know where straight ahead is.

Nappa leather armrests and a butterfly-opening storage box between the front seats add a practical touch. You can set the ambient lighting to any of up to 48 colours, and a camera recognises the driver, so your saved profile is ready when you get in.

Seat Comfort and Everyday Convenience

The GT comes with Alpine Sport front seats in perforated Alcantara and leatherette. They’re heated and electrically adjustable, with memory and lumbar support.

The Première Edition and GTS step up to Sabelt two-tone Nappa leather sport seats. Both front seats are heated and electrically adjustable, with memory and a massage function offering five modes. Sabelt seats are also available as an option on the GT.

Every A390 includes dual-zone climate control with air purification, keyless entry, electric windows and heated folding mirrors that project the Alpine logo onto the ground. The GTS adds a black Alcantara headliner for a sportier finish.

Alpine A390

Technology & Connectivity

Digital Cockpit, Google Built-in and Smartphone Connection

Two 12-inch screens are standard. The driver’s display sits ahead of you with four layouts to choose from, while the central screen handles navigation, media and car settings.

Google apps are built into the car, so you don’t need your phone to navigate. Maps can also plan charging stops into your route, taking the guesswork out of longer journeys.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard too, along with a wireless phone charging pad and four USB-C sockets. Connected services include 10GB of data a month for five years, and the My Alpine app lets you check charging status and warm or cool the cabin before you set off.

Devialet Audio and Alpine Telemetrics

Every A390 has a 13-speaker Devialet hi-fi system as standard. The GTS upgrades to Devialet XtremeSound, adding Space mode and five sound profiles, which is also available as an option on the GT and Première Edition.

Alpine Telemetrics is included on every version. Telemetrics Expert goes further, showing live data such as how torque is being shared between the rear wheels and G-force, plus coaching and challenges you can review on your phone. It’s standard on the GTS and optional on the GT and Première Edition.
