How do I set up my Motability online account?

It’s more than easy enough to set up your online Motability account - all that is required are a few personal details, including:

- National Insurance Number

- Date of birth

If you’re an appointee setting up an account on the behalf of someone else, please ensure you have the National Insurance Number of the person receiving the allowance.

Once set up, the online Motability account can be accessed anytime using an email and password login added during the account setup process.
