OMODA UK has taken a significant step forward with the introduction of its first full-hybrid model, the OMODA 5 SHS-H. Representing the next stage in the evolution of one of the UK’s fastest-growing automotive brands, this new model further expands OMODA’s electrified range for British customers.
Offered in two trim levels – Knight and Noble – the OMODA 5 SHS-H will be available from March 2026 at our newly opened Stoneacre OMODA dealership.
A Highly Accessible Full-Hybrid SUV
Positioned as a practical and accessible full-hybrid SUV, the OMODA 5 SHS-H builds on the proven success of the existing OMODA 5 and the all-electric OMODA E5. It offers drivers an efficient electrified alternative without the need to plug in, making it ideal for those looking to reduce emissions without changing their driving habits.
The model is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo full-hybrid system, paired with a dedicated DHT automatic transmission. This advanced setup delivers a combined power output of up to 150 kW, front-wheel-drive performance and optimised efficiency across a wide range of driving conditions.
Impressive Efficiency and Everyday Performance
Equipped with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, a 1.83 kW battery and a 51-litre fuel tank, the OMODA 5 SHS-H offers a total driving range of over 650 miles and achieves up to 53 mpg (WLTP).
Acceleration from 0–62 mph takes just 7.9 seconds, while the hybrid system is expertly tuned to balance responsive performance with everyday efficiency. This makes the OMODA 5 SHS-H well-suited to urban commuting, suburban driving and longer UK journeys alike.
Bold Design with Updated Styling for 2026
The OMODA 5 SHS-H retains the bold and distinctive styling that has defined the model since its original launch. For 2026, it benefits from an all-new front grille and bumper design, along with refreshed alloy wheel styling.
UK customers can choose from five exterior colours:
- Galena Silver
- Garnet Red
- Obsidian Black
- Selenite White
- Tourmaline Grey
Selected colours are also available with two-tone paint finishes, allowing for greater personalisation.

- £25,740 OTR* for the Knight trim
- £29,240 OTR* for the Noble trim
Every model is supported by OMODA UK’s comprehensive 7-year/100,000-mile vehicle warranty, alongside an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, providing long-term reassurance.
UK customer deliveries are expected to begin in March 2026, with the OMODA 5 SHS-H available through our brand-new local Stoneacre OMODA dealership.
