Scare City Experience – Camelot Theme Park, Charnock Richard, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 5LP

Known as the longest outdoor horror attraction, the Scare City Experience is a 2-hour immersive experience that is not for those with a weak stomach. Running Friday to Sunday from the 29th of September all the way up to the 31st of October, experience pure, visceral fear at the old Camelot Theme Park.

This is highly recommended for people from 16 years old; proof of ID will be required for entry. If you fancy going fully in, the Scare City Gold Entry tickets include fast-track entry to the main entrance and all the zones.

Intimidating and chilling, the York Maze’s annual event is an unforgettable evening of fear. Now offering two events, Hallowscream is for the 16+ and has five separate live-action haunted houses. Hallowscream is based on a farm where a terrible tragedy occurred back in 1873, and the restless souls who died on that night return each Halloween to torment those who dare to visit.

Introduced in 2022, Hallowtween is for the 10-15 year-olds who are too old for trick or treating but still too young for the main attraction. This event invites Halloween-goers to explore 4 of their farm’s most mysterious buildings, including a brand-new Scare House for this year.
