Great experience with Polestar from start to finish. Initially booked a Polestar 2 test drive. James C welcomed us straight away when we arrived and the car was ready to go. I asked if I would be able to test drive a Polestar 4 and he arranged that for us immediately afterward which was great. James was great with arranging the details of the part exchange and sale which made it a really easy process. Never felt any pressure and he was always quick to get back to me if I had any questions and with any updates. Collection day was also really straightforward. The whole team were really welcoming and helpful with getting all the final details sorted. Drove away in the Polestar 4 yesterday and absolutely love it! Newcastle stepped up when I was let down by a specialist. They not only fixed a problem that had plagued me for months, but serviced and fixed A/C. Service was extremely friendly and changed my views of main dealers in general. Car was returned in immaculate condition. Oh and big thanks to Yousaf who was in constant contact during that week.

Purchased an approved used Polestar through this dealership in July last year. As part of sale a paint touch up pen was agreed to be supplied as chips in the paintwork were found on the car after preparation. After many months of calling and emailing the garage and salesman Keith, I have given up on receiving this as no return calls or emails came. Initial purchasing was great, the after sales however in my experience is lacking. I also had to take the car in to a repair centre immediately after purchasing, as the auto headlights did not work, something I’d assume the polestar approved used checks would have found, if they were carried out.
