* Finance example is for an Aston Martin Personal Contract Purchase agreement for a new Aston Martin Vanquish, with a contract mileage of 18,000 miles and excess mileage charge of 12.00p per mile (exc.VAT). Great experience with Polestar from start to finish.
Initially booked a Polestar 2 test drive. James C welcomed us straight away when we arrived and the car was ready to go. I asked if I would be able to test drive a Polestar 4 and he arranged that for us immediately afterward which was great. James was great with arranging the details of the part exchange and sale which made it a really easy process. Never felt any pressure and he was always quick to get back to me if I had any questions and with any updates.
Collection day was also really straightforward. The whole team were really welcoming and helpful with getting all the final details sorted. Drove away in the Polestar 4 yesterday and absolutely love it!

I’ve taken delivery today of a new DB12 S Volante and though I’m in Essex Keith came down from Newcastle to handover. This typifies his excellent service and attention from the start and I’ve had just the best experience with Aston Martin Newcastle with Sam also always on hand to lend his expertise and guidance. As for the car - just off the scale beautiful and a wonderful thing.

Newcastle stepped up when I was let down by a specialist. They not only fixed a problem that had plagued me for months, but serviced and fixed A/C. Service was extremely friendly and changed my views of main dealers in general. Car was returned in immaculate condition. Oh and big thanks to Yousaf who was in constant contact during that week.

I travelled from Kent to collect my new DB12 from these guys and it was worth the drive, they looked after us really well, putting us up in Seaham Hall 5* hotel the night before collection day. James sorted us out on the Saturday morning, relaxed, friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The AM stock held at this dealer is worth a visit on it's own - really nice car show.

From start to finish, I was genuinely impressed. Every member of staff who walked past checked in to make sure we were being looked after — something you don’t often experience.
Jen gave us the warmest welcome and went above and beyond, even making us a drink while we chatted as the paperwork was being prepared.
She set the tone perfectly and even took some photos for me 😍

I had been researching online for my Aston Martin for some months when by chance I saw Newcastle Aston Martin had a 2017 DB11 V12 Coupe (price adjusted for higher miles) with a full dealership history and a (nationwide) 12 months Aston Martin Timeless Warranty. A quick call to Malcolm Ross and was reassured by Malcolm's description of the car enough to place a reservation deposit over the phone. Travelled from Somerset to view and drive the car which was exactly as described. Returned to Newcastle 10 days later to collect my beautifully prepared DB11 and enjoy a 300 mile trip home. Thank you Malcolm and Team. I have been buying cars for 50 years, I have had Audis as daily cars for the last 25 years. This is my first Aston Martin and my first "Ten out of Ten" car buying experience. Malcolm answered every one of my questions fully, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
