·        Manage inbound online and telephony enquiries from the Manufacturers we represent

·        Learn to understand customer needs with a view to generate sales appointments

·        Provide exemplary customer service to all customers

·        Develop customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service

·        Deliver and exceed manufacturer standards including responding to enquiries within a timely manner

·        Understand the importance of the role and the effect it has on the company as a whole
