Reports to: Administrators / Line Manager
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • To support and be involved in the recruitment and selection process of apprentices across the group.
  • To update management information systems, coordinate all start, progress and completion paperwork ensuring audit and compliance is met. 
  • Coordinate and book all registrations and exams 
  • Responsible for key administration duties, filing, internal and external audits.
  • Photocopying, scanning, and document organisation, along with other general administrative and office support duties.
  • To support the Technical School with administrative duties and exam invigilation.

Qualifications
·        GCSE ICT, Maths and English or equivalent.
·        Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel.
·        Will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
