Service Advisor - Stoke

Duties include:

  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Advise customers about necessary service/repairs
  • Estimating time and cost associated with service / repairs
  • Answer telephone queries and respond to customers’ requests
  • Liaison with customers regarding progress through the workshop
  • Administration duties
  • Details of Role:

  • Salary - £16,000 to £18,000 basic dependent on experience
  • Bonus - OTE upto £25,000
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 8 to 5.30, 1 in 2 Saturdays ( 8.30 to 12.30 - additional hours worked accrued as holiday)
  • 20 days holiday plus statutory
  • About the Candidate:

  • Dealership experience advantageous but not essential
  • Experience within customer service, telephone and face-to-face
  • Confident individual who can work independently
  • Delivering results and meeting targets
  • A passion for customer service, motivated with a flexible 'can do' approach
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Computer literate
