Sales Support Administrator - Doncaster / Thorne

The Role / Day to Day Duties:

  • Update existing orders on status reports using combination of dealer systems and telephone calls to Branch Administrators
  • Send updates to customers and brokers
  • Prepare contract documents and send to customers
  • Check returned documents and upload to finance company
  • Arrange delivery with the branch, the customer and the delivery company
  • Confirm delivery arrangements and ensure customer is kept informed
  • Check delivery confirmation forms, invoice and registration documents
  • Upload payout documents to finance company
  • Regular liaison by email and phone with branch staff, customers and brokers to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Regular update meetings with sales executives and management
  • Are You?

  • Experienced in an administration or sales support role
  • Able to manage your time effectively, plan and organise your daily activities
  • Able to deal with multiple activities and develop clear priorities
  • Experienced in speaking with customers with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, develop solutions to problems and provide excellent customer service
  • Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working with figures and checking calculations
  • Able to write concise and accurate emails with good grammar and spelling
  • WE OFFER:

  • 42.5 hour week - department is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Salary of £12,000 - £18,000 dependent on the National Living Wage and your experience
