Parts Manager - Peterborough

Reports to: Hub General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing the telesales operation to ensure objectives and sales targets are being met.
  • Regularly reviewing the telesales teams performance and key KPI’s
  • Ensuring that the external field sales have effective journey plans and setting relevant time specific plans to maximise sales and margin
  • Taking care of any customer issues or complaints professionally and timely.
  • Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable.
  • Establish customer needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers through the telesales team to customers when appropriate.
  • Manage and control all parts administration requirements, through the admin team, whilst ensuring cash payments are allocated and outstanding cash.
  • Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction.
  • Follow up in line with dealership procedures.
  • Maintain product knowledge on the full product range.
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

  • Experience Has worked within an automotive sourcing / supplying parts role. Willing to attend manufacture training. Competent at using ICT, Maths & English.
