Part-time Digital Co-ordinator - Doncaster / Thorne

Our Digital department has a number of teams:

  • Finance Team that assist and support customers who are looking at obtaining a line of credit to purchase a vehicle through Stoneacre Motor Group
  • Digital Team assists and supports customers who are looking for a valuation on their current vehicle and also may want to purchase a new vehicle through us. The team also dealing with multi-channel enquires from our website and deal with enquires from our franchise partners on brand new vehicles
  • Web Team that assist and support customers over a ‘live’ web chat regarding various customer enquiries and issues
  • Digital Manufacturer Team assists and supports customers who are looking to progress their research into purchasing a new car with our varying manufacturers. Each manufacturer has set standards and values to which the team are responsible for achieving. The standards are met by responding to enquiries within a set time-frame, applying a positive customer journey with every communication

    The Role / Duties:

  • Represent multiple franchises selling new vehicles but also used vehicles.
  • Understand customers’ needs and wants to establish how the enquiry can be progressed from the initial stages, still with the primary objective of booking an appointment into one of our dealerships
  • Be expected to meet monthly targets set for you
  • Are You / Have You?

  • Previous sales experience
  • A history of exceeding sales targets
  • Computer literate and confident in using our in house CRM system
  • Demonstrate resilience with the ability to objection handle
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their needs
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
    • A team player
  • Ability to plan and organise your daily activities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An eye for detail
  • WE OFFER:

  • 20+ hours per week as required, on a rota basis to cover department opening times of: 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm Saturday and 10am to 5 pm Sunday
