Apprentice Recruitment Assistant - Doncaster / Thorne

About the Role:

You will work and train as an Apprentice Recruitment Assistant, supporting the Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Manager in all aspects of the recruitment process which include the following key responsibilities:

  • Produce job adverts and post to job boards
  • Managing applications and conducting telephone screening/interviews
  • Arranging interviews and assessment days
  • General administrative duties
  • About You:

  • MINIMUM GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and high volumes in a demanding environment
  • Hard working, ambitious and determined with a real passion for a career in 'internal recruitment'
