Apprentice Receptionist - Doncaster / Thorne

Duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls using a computerised telephone system and directing them to the correct department
  • Removal of customers from the database
  • Liaising with all branches to collate figures
  • Booking hotels/train tickets for staff requirements
  • Dealing with important clients face to face - Training will be given
  • Handling of all post
  • General administration duties
  • About You:

  • MINIMUM GCSE Maths and English grade 'C' or above
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Confident individual who can work independently and part of a team
  • A passion for customer service, motivated with a flexible 'can do' approach
