Apprentice Recall Co-Ordinator - Doncaster / Thorne

Duties include:

  • Contacting and booking in customers regarding Manufacturer released recalls.
  • Importing information from various car manufacturers websites.
  • Communicating and working closely to liaise with managers/regional managers.
  • Full phone and system training provided.
  • The role will involve no cold calling, just calls to existing customers.
  • At all times, the role will be to represent the company brand and quality as well as provide excellent customer service.
  • About the Candidate:

  • MINIMUM - GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Grade 'C' or above
  • Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel along with the ability to quickly grasp bespoke systems.
  • To be able to understand how to prioritize to achieve pre-set deadlines.
  • Training and support will be given throughout the apprenticeship.
  • Good communication skills / telephone manner with the ability to communicate at management level.
