Apprentice - Customer Service - Aftersales

The Role: Working in a fast paced and demanding customer contact department, performing outgoing calls to existing customers. The role will involve carrying out outbound calls to customers for recalls, booking customers into local branches for investigation work, gathering information for vehicles and recalls, handling and overcoming objections. The role will involve no cold calling just calls to existing customers. At all times, the role will be to represent the company brand and quality as well as provided excellent customer service.
