Aftersales Q&A - Car Service

When is my car service due?

I'm not sure when my car service is due, could you help?

Ben

Answer from the Stoneacre aftersales team:

Hi Ben, thanks for your question.

When your car is due in for a service can often depend on the model, age, and mileage of your car. The further the distance that your car covers, the higher the chance that it will be requiring a service. As a rule of thumb, servicing your car annually, or every 12,000 miles, can be sufficient.

There are many types of car servicing – from an interim, which is carried out every six months to a full service every year, or every 12,000 miles, whichever milestone is reached first. There is also a major service that is made every two years, so there are many car service options that you can choose from to fit your needs.
