This bogus firm have been advertising cars on multiple used car websites, with cars typically listed for about half of their value \u2013 one example being a customer transferring \u00a36,500 for a car worth up to \u00a312,000, and never receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, stories such as these can be frequent enough to make potential car buyers anxious about dealing with other car dealers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As such, we\u2019d like to offer a guide of sorts to ease fears and give some pointers as to what can make for a reputable dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneacre.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-2022-06-23T161802.045.jpg\" alt=\"Car sales staff\" class=\"wp-image-11111\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Manufacturer Backed<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from a couple of dedicated Used Car dealerships, the Stoneacre network is fully franchised, meaning each dealership has manufacturer backing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a direct sign of a dealer being a secure place to buy from &#8211;
