Hyundai has officially released details and images of the brand new i30 N-Line, and everything points to it a being a huge hit with those looking to inject a sportier dynamic into their daily commute.
Taking inspiration from the i30N, the I30 N-Line is enhanced by sporty design features to ensure it stands out from its i30 counterpart. The result is a car that looks incredible. The aggressive bumpers and red accents add dynamic sports styling. While the front and rear bumpers feature a silver paint line and have been exclusively accented for the N-Line to give it a unique elegance.
The 18” Pilot Sport 4 Michelin tyres improve your connection with the road for better handling and lend a dominating aspect to the overall appearance.
It’s not just the outside that has benefitted from a sporty makeover though, even the chassis has been mildly uprated to ensure that it can offer the very best performance. While the 16” front brakes ensure precision braking.
In the cabin you can opt for N-branded suede sports seats, which provide better lateral support than those found in the i30. Plus the sporty metal pedals, steering wheel wrapped in perforated leather and N gearshift knob ensure you get a premium quality sports model.
Just like its sportier sibling the i30N, the N-Line was honed on the track at Nürburgring. With a 1.4-litre T-GDI petrol engine at launch you can expect 140PS. It’s capable of 0-62mph in sub-nine seconds, so get set for playful handling and a thrilling drive experience.
Andreas-Christoph Hofmann Vice President of marketing & product at Hyundai Europe is understandably pleased with the new i30 N-Line and had this to say about the latest addition to the marque:
“Our i30 N has been hugely successful since launch, showcasing our capabilities in high-performance engineering and emotionalising our brand with its fun-to-drive factor. Now we are extending that feeling to a wider audience with the new i30 N-Line. We believe the comprehensive package of design and engineering enhancements will continue to attract more new customers to the Hyundai brand in Europe.”
The i30 N-Line is due in showrooms later this year, so why not register your interest to be the first to hear when it arrives at your nearest Stoneacre dealership.
