Main responsibilities and duties
 
To provide support in the Accounts Department under the control of the Branch Accountant. Undertake work within the accounts function to achieve the highest level of accuracy. You may also be expected to assist in customer-facing areas to ensure the image of the dealership is maintained. 
 
Administration duties
 
To ensure accurate and complete processing and recording in accounting matters.
To ensure that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained, updated daily and a control system.
Processing and Banking Cash
Processing Purchase Invoices and other Accounting Documents
Posting payments and Receipts
Reconciling Petty Cash
Stationary ordering
Learning and using ADP as well as Word, excel and email.
 
Customer Service & Satisfaction
 
Ensure that all queries in relation to customer receipts are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that all incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Covering reception at Lunch and Holidays
 
Communication & Interaction
 
Maintain effective liaison with Dealership Management and other Accounts and Administrative Staff.
Ensure good customer contact.
Be able to communicate courteously and efficiently with customers on the telephone or a dealer and respond to their needs.

We have a number of teams dealing with different aspects of the business such as MOT bookings, VHC bookings, GAP Insurance and various additional services.

 

The Role:

 

Working in a fast paced and demanding customer contact department, taking incoming and performing outgoing calls to existing customers. Working to individual sales targets and team-based sales targets. The role will involve advising customers, selling to customers, handling and overcoming objections. The role will also involve all booking administration using the internal system for all branches across the UK. At all times, the role will be to represent the company brand and quality as well as provided excellent customer service.

Administrator – Contact Centre

Our Contact Centre at Head Office in Thorne is growing continually and is seeking motivated, hardworking and passionate individuals to join our various teams in a support function, as an ‘Administrator - Contact Centre’. We have a number of teams dealing with different aspects of the business such as MOT bookings, VHC bookings, GAP Insurance and various additional services.

 

The Role:

 

Working in a fast paced and demanding department, providing administrative support to various sales and customer service teams within the contact centre. The role will involve:

 

  • Importing sales data to produce ‘call lists’ for various sales teams
  • Exporting ‘call lists’ and liaising with Team Leaders regarding requirements
  • Data cleansing of central sales system to improve customer information
  • Data cleansing of previous days sales / bookings, liaising with Contact Centre Advisors regarding amendments and rechecking these amendments
  • Producing ‘Lost Sales’ reports and liaising with Contact Centre Advisors for rebooking
  • Producing marketing lists for various departments, producing and sending mailshots
  • Cover Full-time Receptionist and take overflow inbound customer calls where required

 

Do you have:

 

  • A good level of English and Maths

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  •  A good eye for detail

Digital Sales Coordinator

The role:
  • Responding to customers’ part exchange enquiries submitted via www.stoneacre.co.uk
  • Qualify the customer to establish how the enquiry can be progressed from the initial stages, with the primary objective of using your flair and personality to secure an appointment into one of our retail outlets.
