Accounts Trainee

Main responsibilities and duties
 
To provide support in the Accounts Department under the control of the Branch Accountant. Undertake work within the accounts function to achieve the highest level of accuracy. You may also be expected to assist in customer-facing areas to ensure the image of the dealership is maintained. 
 
Administration duties
 
To ensure accurate and complete processing and recording in accounting matters.
To ensure that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained, updated daily and a control system.
Processing and Banking Cash
Processing Purchase Invoices and other Accounting Documents
Posting payments and Receipts
Reconciling Petty Cash
Stationary ordering
Learning and using ADP as well as Word, excel and email.
 
Customer Service & Satisfaction
 
Ensure that all queries in relation to customer receipts are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that all incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Covering reception at Lunch and Holidays
 
Communication & Interaction
 
Maintain effective liaison with Dealership Management and other Accounts and Administrative Staff.
Ensure good customer contact.
Be able to communicate courteously and efficiently with customers on the telephone or a dealer and respond to their needs.
 
Customer Service Advisor

The Role: We are looking for a confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base in our car sales team within Stoneacre Digital at Head Office.

 

Responsibilities

Engaging with customers over live chat

Administering direct leads from manufactures via email and telephone in adherence with franchise set standards

Assisting customers with general customer service issues via live chat, email and telephone

 

 

Experience required:

A – C In English language or ability to pass an English test. Experience in customer service and sales, computer literate.

 

How to apply: The is a part time role will cover 20 hours pro rota between the hours of: Monday – Thursday 08:00 - 20:00 Friday 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 Sunday 10:00 – 17:00. Digital Sales Coordinator

The Role: We are looking for a confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base in our new car sales team within Stoneacre Digital at Head Office.

 

The Candidate will

Have previous sales experience preferably within the motor industry.

Have a history of exceeding sales targets

Be computer literate and be confident in using our in house CRM system

Demonstrate resilience with the ability to objection handle

Build rapport with customers and qualify their needs and wants

Be committed to hitting sales targets

Be a team player

Be able to manage your time effectively

Be able to plan and organise your daily activity to help the company secure new business

Provide strong customer service skill

Have an eye for detail

 

In the role you will:

Represent multiple franchises selling predominately new vehicles but also used vehicles.

Understand customers needs and wants to establish how the enquiry can be progressed from the initial stages, still with the primary objective of booking an appointment into one of our dealerships

Be expected to meet monthly targets set for you

Understand the importance of your role and the effect it has on the company as a whole

About Role: We are looking for a pleasant, confident person with a good telepphone manner to join our small accounts team working for Stoneacre York, based at Monks Cross, Huntington, York. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 (1 hour lunch) Monday - Friday, along with 20 days holiday per annum.

 

Previous accounts experience in Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger would be beneficial as would keyboard skills and working with excel spredsheets.

Weekend Receptionist

About Role: We are looking for a pleasant, confident person with a good telepphone manner toanswer incoming calls and welcome customers and visitors into our showroom.

 

Previous recepto experience would be beneficial as would keyboard skills as our telephone system is computer based. The applicant must be willing and able to work Monday - Friday when required to cover the other 2 receptionists holiday and sick leave. The position is for 13.5 hours per week Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Sunday 10:30am - 4:40pm.
