Used Car Sales Executive

The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals with the ability to work well within a highly charged team of competitive colleagues. These are development roles with a defined career path, you can expect all of the usual benefits associated with a national company.

 

About You: New car sales experience is preferred, but not necessarily in the Motor industry as full training will be given.

Panel Beater

The Role: Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced panel beater.

 

About you: You will ideally have served a recognised apprenticeship as a panel beater and gained a technical qualification, although individuals who have trained on the job will also be considered as full accreditation can be gained whilst working for the company. Either way you must have previous experience of working as a panel beater in a busy bodyshop and be a strong team player. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.The position attracts an industry leading salary and bonus scheme.

Smart Repairer
Lincoln Volvo, Lincolnfields

The Role: We are looking to recruit a mobile smart repairer who will report into the smart repair manager. Based at one of our dealerships in Lincoln, the successful candidate will travel to multiple sites, actioning repairs to company/customer vehicles.

 

About You: The ideal candidate will already be a confident and outgoing, skilled smart repairer or bodyshop technician with the ability to work to targets whilst demonstrating a responsible and reliable attitude towards work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on the job are also a must.

 

The candidate must be comfortable with alloy wheel repairs, body and bumper repairs and filling, bonding and painting. The ability to delivery work to an excellent standard whilst working in a cost effective manner and providing superb customer service is also very important.
