Cover Finance-Coordinator

The Role: The role is to act as cover for our team of 12 finance co-ordinators days off, sickness and annual leave. The role entails qualifying customers application details, gaining finance approvals, appoint pre-approved customers into our dealerships and any other general office duties.

 

About You:

 

The ideal candidate will:

·         Be extremely well organised, with a great eye for detail.

·         The ability to manage own work load

·         Be confident on the phone.

·         Have an outgoing nature to fit in with the existing team.

 

How To Apply: This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.

14k Annual Salary.

Administrator
Stoneacre Head Office, Omega Boulevard

The Role: The role is essentially being the point of contact between agents within a Head Office environment and a branch network. As a result candidates must be confident speaking to senior management.

 

About You: You will be administrating booking appointments, and then following them up; all the while keeping an accurate record of your activity.

 

Candidates will also be required to prepare and send financial documentation with the use of a number of different IT systems so candidates must be computer literate with a very good eye for detail and be able to pay full attention to their self managed work load.

 

The ideal candidate must:

·         Be extremely well organised, with a great eye for detail.

·         Have a very good level of experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.

·         Have strong mathematical skills.

·         Be confident on the phone as you will need to liaise with the branch network, finance companies and customers.

·         Have an outgoing nature to fit in with the existing team.

 

How To Apply: This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and every other Saturday 9am - 5pm. Salary meets national minimum wage.

Customer Service Advisor

The Role: The job roles main responsibility includes:

·         Engaging with customers over live chat

·         Administering direct leads from manufactures via email and telephone in adherence with franchise set standards

·         Assisting customers with general customer service issues via live chat, email and telephone

 

About You: Experience required:

·         A – C In English Language or ability to pass an English test

·         Experience customer service, sales

·         Computer literate
