This role is a key customer service position dealing with all aspects of customer service.
The apprentice service advisor will be required to advise customers, answer telephone queries, respond to customer needs, collect data from customers, prepare repair order documents, deal with queries and complaints, demonstrate good customer service, explain the work performed as well as adopt flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
About you: The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and an organised individual with the confidence to work independently. You will be able to cope under pressure as well as able to establish a rapport with people. You will also need to show great attention to detail and deliver results. In addition, you should show a desire to deliver excellence at all times and demonstrate a commitment.
You should be passionate about customer service and a motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. Applicants are required to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Applicants should also be computer literate.
