The Role: This is a dual role at our busy aftersales department in Wallasey. The person will need to be able to provide an excellent service to fulfill the requirements of a busy workshop on a daily basis and in a timely manner. You'll ensure all customers needs and requirements are met through the use of a robust process from initial contact to vehicle collection. Additionally you will need to demonstrate a knowledge of parts interpretation, ordering and stock control to keep in line with manufactures recommendations and standards.
About You: Possessing experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts, you’ll be people-focused and an inspirational team player. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you’ll have customer facing experience and be comfortable talking to your customers both face to face and over the phone.

The Role: Based from our head office in Thorne and allocated a territory covering our regional branches, you will be responsible for developing relationships with branches and local businesses running company vehicles. Taking personal responsibility for achieving targeted sales volumes and profit within allocated territory, and within budgetary guidelines on both car and commercial vehicle sales. Ideally from a B2B background experience from within the automotive industry is an advantage, but experience as a fleet sales executive and a thorough knowledge and interest in the products is essential. Drive, enthusiasm, interpersonal skills and customer focus are essential. You will need to be financially astute, well mannered with a good attention to detail. You must be a good team player who wants the opportunity to grow with an expanding group. A proven sales track record and full clean driving licence are essential.
