The Role: Stoneacre Grimsby Kia and Fiat are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist.
About You: You will need great communication skills and organisational skills. Responsibilities will include manning the phones and front desk at the busy Grimsby car dealership, interacting with customers, liasing with other departments as well as processing paperwork. Previous experience within a similar role would be prefered, but is by no means essential.

The Role: Working with an experienced team the successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent levels of service to our trade and retail customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers’ needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products and the effective use of electronic parts catalogues and computer stock lists.

Learning and using ADP as well as Word, excel and email.
Learning the Ford system and covering new car admin.

Ensure that all queries in relation to customer receipts are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that all incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Communication & Interaction
Maintain effective liaison with Dealership Management and other Administrative Staff.
Ensure good customer contact.
Be able to communicate courteously and efficiently with customers on the telephone or a dealer and respond to their needs.
