Broker Sales Specialist

The Role: We are looking for an individual with a sound understanding of the vehicles sales sector, sales process and FCA obligations. A strong administrative approach is also key and in return we offer an industry leading training and development programme along with the prospect of career progression.

 

You will be expected to build strong and lasting relationships with existing customers as well as potential new clients. Excellent comunications skils are also a must as you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an industry leading vehicle buying experience.

 

The ability to maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow up calls and actioning inbound lead is also key as is the following of our sales process, which will assist you in meeting monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit and finance penetration.

 

 

About You:  The ideal candidate will come from a fleet automotive background, or at the very least a working knowledge of the automotive industry. Personal qualities will include being a good problem solver and polite, a team player and have a willingness to learn and develop. As well as being able to understand the importance of adopting a can do attitude and willing to embrace this opportunity.

Vehicle Technician

The Role: We are looking for a professional, confident and driven individual to work within our Service Team. This is a position based in a workshop within a main dealership environment, working towards a defined career path.

 

About You: The ideal candidate should possess a “Can Do” attitude along with a hunger to achieve.an MOT tester with Vauxhall knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
