What if I wish to cancel the insurance before the end of the agreed term?

If you sell your car, or it's written off during the contract term, on most occasions, we'll be happy to cancel your policy and the monthly direct debit without charge. Some insurers may charge you for canceling your policy if there has been a fault claim resulting in the car being written off.

Why don't you ask for proof of no claims bonus?

Our car insurance policies are net rated which means that we give everybody who meet our criteria the discount equivalent to our maximum bonus. If you already have a maximum bonus then you can keep it to use on another car.

Am I being charged to pay by direct debit?

Although your credit agreement shows a charge, we have reduced your premium by the equivalent amount to take this into account, effectively giving you interest-free installments!

I already have car insurance, can I cancel it and use yours?

Yes, we are happy to provide cover.
