The Guardian published that we are exposed to 3,500 marketing messages a day and 99% of adverts make little to no impact on its audience. This means that advertisers are making increasingly eye-catching advertisements to make an impact and be memorable. Manufacturers are making weird, funny and interesting advertisements. Here is a look at the best car advertisements. Which car advertisement is your favourite? 

Jeep "Snow Covered"

The Jeep "Snow Covered" advertisement showed how the Jeep can easily combat snowy conditions. The invisible Jeep makes easy tracks through the deep snow, easily stopping when told to at a stop sign. 

Nissan "Toys"

Featuring "You Really Got Me" performed by Van Halen, the Nissan "Toys" advertisement features the Nissan 300ZX toy car being driven by a doll to a doll’s house. 

Honda "The Cog"

The Honda "The Cog" commercial was made to showcase the Honda Accord. The 2 minute long advertisement shows how the parts of the car interact with each other in a domino affect. With no background music until the end of the advert except for the sounds of impact, Honda wanted to demonstrate that a car is nice when it works. 

Mercedes Benz "Magic Body Control"

Composed to Upside Down performed by Diana Ross, the Mercedes Benz "Magic Body Control" advertisement shows chickens almost dancing to the music, with their heads in a set position. 

Fiat 500L "The Motherhood"

The Motherhood Fiat 500L is a hilarious advert in which a mother raps about how her life has changed since she had children. An honourable mention should also go to the related video, the "Fatherhood" rap. 

Skoda "Original Cake Car"

The Skoda commercial shows a group of bakers making a full scale Skoda cake accompanied by the song My Favourite Things performed by Julie Andrews. 

Citroen C4 robot car dance

The Citroen C4 turns in to a dancing robot in this commercial dancing to the song Jacques Your Body by Les Rythmes Digitales. 

Peugeot Wacky Races

This Peugeot 208 advertisement features iconic characters such as the Gruesome Twosome, Mutley, Dick Dastardly and Penelope Pitstop in a car race. 

Volvo "The Epic Split" feat Van Damme

The Volvo "The Epic Split" commercial shows Jean-Claude Van Damme performing  slowly moving in to a splits position between two Volvo lorries as they drive along a road. 

Jaguar "Good to be Bad"

Featuring British villain actors Tom Hiddleston, Mark Strong and Sir Ben Kingsley, the Jaguar "Rendezvous" advertisement goes through the reasons why in Hollywood movies British actors are better villains.
